KarpatiLaw ad review board
This page is for Nathalie, Marvin, and Carlos to review concepts, source images, AI-generated media, and planning decisions. It is not the final public-facing ad creative.
Internal review useGenerated locally on KarenStatic output deployed to Trogdor
Build stamp: copy and media were generated locally, then rendered into static files for ads.karpatilaw.com. The strongest direction so far is to use Nathalie's actual office/headshot photos directly. Reference-based AI portrait tests did not preserve her likeness well enough. No OpenAI or Gemini keys were deployed to Trogdor.
Decision points so far
Current approach overview
This section is intentionally just the working decisions and planning direction — not marketing copy.
Account direction: services should be consolidated under one primary Google-account setup, with Nathalie as a principal user and the second seat currently believed to be help@karpatilaw.com.
Shared access: that second-seat account is intended to be shared with Marvin so both Nathalie and Marvin can operate from the same service stack.
Auth risk: MFA and recovery appear tied to Nathalie's or Marvin's phone, so account recovery and handoff need explicit tracking.
Records plan: shared records storage still needs planning; the current idea is an office NAS plus a dedicated node in Nathalie's office.
App/data direction: the future office app should write into the same destination or workflow that the Google-form intake process writes into now, or a clearly planned replacement.
Reporting direction: a reporting service should eventually send email summaries and possibly text alerts, especially since the phone receptionist is active.
Access-control timing: privilege separation and fine-grained access controls are deferred; the immediate focus is getting the shared working setup and review material in place.
Deployment approach: AI generation happens locally on Karen; Trogdor only receives static outputs. The live review page uses direct Bootstrap and Siema CDNs because that path proved reliable in the browser.

What this board is showing
The point here is to compare options and decision points: existing office/headshot assets, AI-generated visual mockups, and copy directions. Nothing below should be mistaken for approved live ads or legal claims.
Existing source images
Current photos already in hand
Office exteriorExisting local asset. Good for grounding the office itself.
Portrait option 1Existing local portrait. Feels steady and professional.
Portrait option 2Existing local portrait. Slightly softer and more family-forward.
Portrait option 3Existing local portrait. Could work for bilingual/service-oriented concepts.
Using her real images directly
Text-overlay mockups built on the office and headshot photos
This pass uses Nathalie's existing office and portrait photos as the actual base layer, then adds locally generated review copy on top. The goal is not final approval yet — just to help everyone think through how the real images could carry ad messaging.

AI-generated media
Reference-based portrait test did not preserve Nathalie's likeness
After review, these AI portrait generations are not good enough. Even with Nathalie's real headshots used as reference inputs, the outputs drifted too far from how she actually looks.
Decision: do not treat the sister-reference AI portraits as viable creative. Keep them only as failed experiments if we need a record of what was tried.
Preferred path now: use Nathalie's exact real photos directly, with restrained overlays, crops, and layout treatments, and reserve AI for copy ideas, background treatments, or non-face supporting visuals.
